CRTC Stifles Submissions from Netflix and Google

Description

CRTC says it will ignore submissions from Netflix and Google because the companies did not comply to the CRTC demands for certain information the companies consider confidential. The CTRC has claimed that they will wipe presentations on Canadian Internet use from the public record, because they did not contain requested information that Netflix deemed confidential.
